Accredited according to ISO EN 45000 standards, measures roundness, form and surface roughness vital for bearing production. Measurements for production and calibration of masters are made according to International Standards.

ORS Chemical Lab

pH concentration, corrosion, stability, nitride, boron, dropping point, flash point, penetration, viscosity measurements, as well as testing cutting fluids, conservation oils and greases. Spectral analysis of greases, oils, emulsions, is done to ensure bearing performance, and to protect against human health hazards.

Metallography Laboratory

Fully equipped and accredited metallography laboratories inspects all incoming material. Hardness, chemical composition, microstructure, microcleanliness, and tensile strength are all tested. Inc addition, vital factors to bearing life such as heat treatment cracks are also controlled by the Metallography Lab.
